PT WITH MAX SUTTON

Co-Founder and Wellness Coach, Max Sutton, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with the ability to understand and guide each client through a fitness journey at their own pace. With several years of experience as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. He provides a discreet and professional training experience with a warm welcome.

ONE TO ONE

Our one-to-one personal training plans are bespoke to your individual needs and fitness goals. Enjoy working out in private without the distractions of other clients with our state of the art equipment in our spacious studios.

Our expert support and guidance does not stop when your session ends. We go that extra mile to help you apply your fitness journey to your day to day life, providing extra support and guidance through homework and on demand exercise videos to continue at home.

COUPLES TRAINING

Looking to work out with your partner in Towcester? Our couples PT sessions are the perfect motivator to help you find and stick to that fitness regime while having a lot of fun along the way. Our Couples PT sessions are priced at a very reasonable £60 per couple per session and give you private access to the full main studio

Our couples training costs:
£60.00 per session, per couple.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

The Chapel offers small group personal training that is for up to 4 people per session. This keeps the groups small enough so that there is a great vibe in the studio and everyone feels supported but we can also provide you that hands on tailored guidance while you train.

Our small group training costs:

Once a week: £28.00 per session
Twice a week: £26.00 per session
Three times a week: £24.00 per session

BOOTCAMP WITH MAX SUTTON

A bespoke one to one session with a personal trainer can make all the difference to the lifestyle you want to lead. Offering tailor made plans and support that suits each member. Having a personal trainer allows for guidance and encouragement, transforming the way you see fitness and allowing you to overcome each challenge whilst making progress in a consistent way.
