Who is Reformer Pilates good for?
Reformer Pilates is a great exercise for every BODY. Regardless of age, gender or injuries, exercises can be modified and adapted for all levels from beginners through to advanced.Why should I do private reformer classes?
Our private classes are a great way to start and best improve your reformer journey. Through our tailored approach you will gain a far greater depth of understanding of the foundations, the goals and the specifics of each exercise and how they should be performed than you would being stuck in the back of a large busy class. You will benefit from more hands-on correction and training that takes your specific needs into consideration.What are the benefits of reformer pilates?
Refomer Pilates is a full body workout. It strengthens your core helps hone precision, technique, strength and stamina. It improves your posture, muscle tone and your overall health and wellbeing.How many reformer sessions should I do in a week?
2-3 sessions is ideal but committing to a regular slot or 2 per week and being consistent is far better that doing four one week and then nothing the following. We are here to help work around your scheduleGetting Started:
